RE: Conference Speaker

Dear Ms. Bindeman:

The We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education scrutinizes government’s behavior, compares that behavior with the requirements of our state and federal constitutions and, where it sees an impropriety, it intelligently, rationally and professionally seeks redress of constitutional torts using such constitutional tools as the First Amendment’s Petition Clause and the Judiciary.

The Foundation is sponsoring a three-day Conference that will look at selected actions of the federal government thru the prism of the Constitution.

The Conference will be in March in Alexandria, Virginia. Our initial draft of the Agenda is attached, along with one of our corporate brochures. The auditorium at the Marriott seats 500. We will also web cast the entire event live.

On Thursday, March 29, we will address the question, "Is America's Foreign Policy in the Middle East Repugnant to the General Welfare Clause of the Constitution?” We would be honored to have a representative of AIPAC participate in the Conference to argue the question.

We would by happy to cover expenses and provide an honorarium.

Thank you very much for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Robert L. Schulz
Chairman
