Israel is the apple of Gods eye, and gods word says we are
to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and that God has given
the land of Israel to the sons of Abraham , Isaac and Jacob.
{Gen.48-vs,3 and 4 .and Jacob said to Joseph, "God Almighty
appeared to me at Luz in the land of Canaan,{Israel} and he
blessed me and said to me , I am going to make you fruitful
and increase your numbers, I will make of you a company of
peoples, and will give this land to your offspring after you
for a perpetual holding.--------- The whole earth belongs to
God, he can give it to whom he chooses and he chose the sons
of Jacob(later called Israel) ...Jimmy Carters book left out
a lot of important facts and his book is very wrong and
misleading because of this, sort of like the I.R.S. Please
remember this GOD takes a very dim view of any nation that
divides up his land...America Watch Out!

Subject: Please do not multiply causes.
Dear Bob,
Please! I am begging you not to get caught up
in the anti Jew – anti Israel foolishness of a lot of us who
claim to be patriots.
I personally believe that the only reason for
America to have its validity in this world is because we are
the repository of those folk who will be eventually going
back to Israel...that includes those who are not Jewish but
unidentified of the lost tribes. And again, I may not even
be one of those. BUT the Bible basis for the type of
freedoms we have (check out John Locke’s treatises for
Government, book two especially) are based the very
scriptures which shout condemnation for any country who is
against God’s infrastructure for returning his erring ethnic
Israeli children back to the land for punishment and then
eventual salvation. I am Baptist and I am entirely against
the so-called Baptist Jimmy Carter’s take on the Jewish
question.
Name every vindictive accusation against the Jew
and many cases this will be true for those writhing under
the fears and terrors that God has afflicted upon them for
their basic disobedience (and not just for the death of our
Savior Jesus Christ) who are involved in such schemes and
abominations. But that makes the case for the Bible’s
prediction of the eventual return of the Jews to the land as
governors of Israel and of Jerusalem (see
Zechariah 12-14).
Their government will, indeed, be a mess, but that is not
what God is interested in...or you admit that government is
a master and not truly a servant of the people. He is
interested in the people, and he declares that when he come
to visit them, two thirds of the people will perish and the
third (that is probably one out of every three Jews we see
today who eventually end up there) of them, an elect, will
be saved in a day.
The REAL solution is to get our government OUT
of Israel’s way. The government does that by those handouts
stolen through our taxes upon us which are distributed with
heavy mandates...many of these tying the hands of the nation
to protect itself. We the People who are concerned about
the welfare of Israel should be burdened with the support
that might lead to strengthening them from their enemies
till they are visited by God, as private individuals and
societies. In so divesting our government from this ploy to
hinder Israel by meddling with the near east, we again
return our country back to the wisdom promoted by Washington
concerning entangling alliances...except on this one
caveat: Washington was talking about the European
foolishness...that which the Bible says will lead to the
great advocate of the one world government to unite Europe
and the Arabian leagues into the ten toes constructed with a
mixture of iron and clay, a tyranny spoken of by Daniel, one
that will be destroyed as they come upon Israel to destroy
her.
Again I bring you to this point. ALL of the
condemnations that you can find against the people of Israel
through the Jews are found inside our scriptures and it is
connected with the promise that God WILL RULE THIS PEOPLE
(check out
Ezekiel 20)
and also save them, especially the “tents of Israel” (as
found in
Zechariah 12).
To marry our present distress concerning the IRS
with a basic anti-Jew stance is dangerous for our country.
If you want to distress the Jew, preach to them of Jesus or
let us lovers of Israel and of the Jew to do this, and
resist all of their attempts to hinder the evangelization of
them, hindrances which the Roman Catholic Church has
capitulated to.
Our government sins in abusing We the people but
it also sins in hating Israel, contrary to all the schmooze
talking they do of her being our ally – for a real test of
our government’s treachery, find out the REAL story of the
sinking of the Liberty, and why the government, having been
caught by Israel in a conspiracy to spy upon Israel
concerning tank communications intercepted by the Liberty,
sent to Cypress for the British to collate them into a
battle map and give to Egypt, recalled the American planes
to rescue the Liberty, when the Naval Dept. found itself
unable to recall the Liberty itself from the region. This
was done by the JEW HATING NSA in order to throw a few bones
to the Arabs to garner concessions for oil (and I am an oil
geologist embarrassed by the oil industries’ intrigues in
this). There was no mistake, it was a deliberate attack by
Israel upon the Liberty to render it neutral with the least
amount of loss of life. Driving the personnel below deck so
they could napalm the aluminum communication dishes, and
then torpedoing the one communication room under the water
level to destroy the last communication threat, was the only
AGREED TO solution, since the NSA who commissioned the ship
forbad the Liberty to acknowledge the Naval Dept. at
all...that is why a “communications” ship was unable to be
reached for recall by the Navel Dept. Because of the stress
of doing even this minimal damage to personnel of a supposed
ally, a couple of the Israeli attack pilots had nervous
breakdowns after the attack. To be sure, the personnel who
lost their lives were victims of this American Government
who consistently goes against the will of the people to live
their own lives under a chained down government.
I am able to read Greek and Hebrew, slowly of
course in that such is not my first language, but I can
verify as a theologian (though I am also a geologist) that
in some manner we must not hinder the plan of God concerning
his people in these last days. The best solution is to get
away from the “stone of trembling” as a government, and not
interfere by insisting upon a portioning of Israel. Joel
reveals God placing a curse on those nations that do that.
Instead of Jew and Israel bashing, place our own
government under the chains of non-interference. Believe
me, any “Zionist conspiracy” is going to fail because God
insists that HE will rule the people and it will be JESUS,
himself who comes to the eventual salvation of the land.
God will fight for Israel and we better not get in the way.
Also, if we as a movement are participating in
this condemnation of Israel and Jews, we will not prosper.
I bring God to witness of that fact. I am so desirous of
our little cause to prosper, I have to resist the thrust of
your currant trust in that other book and Carter...of all
people.
For the original intent of our movement
concerning the Income Tax and failure for our government to
respond to remonstrance, I will be coming to the March 28-31
meeting.

Bob,
I am genuinely surprised at those of you who are making this
evaluation of the situation, and its causes; and the 'faith'
you place in the two professors -- and above all -- former
president Jimmy Carter.
Carter has been and continues to be a dismal disappointment
since he has left office. His track record is less than
admirable, and his conclusions of the situations we face in
the world are significantly off base. I would not base a
session on the things he says about the situation, let alone
an entire conference. Nor would I give those who support
this perspective the time of day.
Stick to the basics, that is what 'Givemeliberty' does
best. Point out where the government is overstepping its
boundaries, not living up to its commitments, and is failing
to support the constitution. But do not lay these problems
at the feet of persons who are not responsible. It is the
failure of our own government, and the liberal agenda that
is leading us down the path to destruction.
If you will note that, while the white paper by the two
professors is well endnoted, the endnotes are quotes that
are substantially opinion, and many of those opinions are by
persons who are not supportive of the true agenda which 'Givemeliberty'
endorses. They are the very ones who are for bigger
government, more intrusive/invasive government, and who
otherwise stand for less freedom, not more. Many of them do
not trust the American people, but think they know what is
better for us than we know ourselves.
Besides this, if you want to see who/what is behind all this
read God's Word. Holy Scripture tells us the problem, and
it is NOT the country of Israel. However, do not make
this a part of 'Givemeliberty' (s) agenda.
Respectfully Submitted,

Please remove me from your listing. As a former professor

I have supported your fight over our tax system but your
attack on Israel is
unfounded. Jimmy Carter should have been tried for treason
and deported to

there entire

I have been a member of your mailing
list for several years now, both under this email address
and a former address. I have forwarded many of the
e-mailings to family and friends, most likely garnering
givemeliberty.org
quite a few additional members. I have purchased items
such as CD's as well as contributed monies.
However, if Mr. Schultz persists in
persuing his new anti-Israel agenda, I will discontinue
any and all support from your organization. I do not have
any problems with honest, open debate on ANY topic, but
Mr. Schultz's apparent anti-Israel slant is something I
find offensive and will not support.
Mr. Carter's book that Mr. Schultz
seems to revere is replete with factual errors, which Mr.
Carter has refused to debate (even the errors in his
recollection of his own statements/actions from the time).
Perhaps Mr. Schultz should consider discussing Mr.
Carter's book with someone like Mr. Dershowitz, and then
inform his readers in regards to his conclusions.
Short of a discontinuation of the
current anti-Israel diatribe, or at least a rebuttal of
the revisionist history presented by Mr. Carter and
apparently perpetuated by Mr. Schultz, I will have no
other option than to discontinue my subscription. Until
now, I have been whole-heartedly supportive of Mr. Schultz
and his propositions, and I will be saddened if I am
compelled to discontinue my subscription.

Bob, as a pastor I really
appreciate your work. However, I can tell you that will
alienate your Christians constituents with an
anti-Israel message and a pro-Palestinian agenda. It is
not the Jewish coalition you have to fear, but the
Christian coalition. In many circles,
especially Biblically-based churches, believers have a
pro-Israel mindset deeply rooted in theological
convictions that present day Israel is a fulfillment of
Biblical prophecy!! If you take an anti-Israel stance,
you will not overcome Christian resistance to your
organization. It is a ticking political/spiritual time
bomb. Your stand on taxation is not understaood by the
general Christian population and has already created
hostilities in the minds of most. A plunge into the
Middle East
dilemma will only add fuel to the fire.. As a Southern
Baptist, the people in my circles have little respect
for
Jimmy Carter or his solution to the Middle East. Be
careful, you are riding the third rail, a political
train wreck.

Subject: Israel Receives Tax money
It is true that Israel receives tax
money but they are forced to spend a majority of it back
into the US economy. The PLO also receives billions of
dollars from the US government. Where is it? Arafat
pocketed all of the money. How much does the PLO have to
spend back into the US economy? 0$ Why aren't you going to
talk about that? What about the billions of dollars we give
to Egypt? They don't have to spend any of the money in the
US economy either. What about the other countries we give
billions of dollars to?
Why don't you cover these issues as
well? I find it sad that you leave these countries out of
your conference. You single out Israel.
You are about truth, justice, and
fairness. I would like to know why you aren't doing the
same for Israel in talking about all of them.

Subject: Regarding your stance on Israel
Hi all,
After reading your latest article about Israel I have some
grave concerns.
I do agree with some of what is stated but disagree with a
lot as well, firstly I believe in the Holy Inspired
Scriptures of God and that these Scriptures is what we
should base how we live, the Bible should be regarded much
more than the US Constitution.
I do not intend to quote Scripture to you here, but I am
going to voice my opinion in defense of the God given Nation
of Israel and it's people based on Scripture.
God did in fact give Israel the land it occupies and that my
friends Trumps whatever law "Man" can come up with to the
contrary,
but Israeli people did not and have not heeded to God's
commands and have since been in turmoil because of it, which
is why there is conflict continually in the mid east.
I suggest that you read the word of God and find out for
yourselves what the truth is. (Ezekiel 36:22-28)
I do ask Where was Jimmy Carter when the Israelis ( less
than a decade ago ) were ready to give all the land over to
the Palestinians and everything they asked for, for the
simple admission of being recognized as a people and the
Palestinians refused! Jimmy Carter was no where to be found
and was extremely silent for some reason!
I expected that LMM would have done their homework on what
the LORD God has to say about Israel, and what the
consequences are to the Nations that turn against the Nation
of Israel.
I am very disappointed that you view Israel in the way you
do, I don't think it is scriptural and that is where we part
company.
I agree with the work that you are doing to restore our
Nation back to where it belongs but not this attack on
Israel.
I sincerely hope you open your heart to what the
scriptures have to say about it and about God's Salvation
for you.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten
son that whosoever should believe in him should not perish
but have everlasting life.
Thank you for your time

Subject: WTP - Israel Issue Mistaken
Robert and Company,
The following is historical events
leading up to the 1967 War.
http://encarta.msn.com/encyclopedia_761570433/Six-Day_War.html
In the years before the Six-Day War,
the Arab countries continually refused to acknowledge the
legitimacy of the Jewish state, and Arab nationalists led
by Nasser called for the destruction of Israel. Egypt and
Jordan supported Palestinian fedayeen (guerrillas),
who attacked troops and civilians in Israeli territory,
then retreated to the Egyptian-controlled Gaza Strip or
the Jordanian-controlled West Bank. From its Golan Heights
region, Syria regularly shelled Israeli farms. For its
part, Israel refused to accept Jordan’s control of Jewish
holy places in East Jerusalem. Israel also kept tensions
high by responding to Arab incursions with reprisals on
Arab territory.
In
April 1967, after Syria heavily shelled Israeli villages
from the Golan Heights, Israel and Syria engaged in aerial
clashes. Israel shot down six of Syria’s MiG fighter
planes, which were given by the Union of Soviet Socialist
Republics (USSR). Israel warned Syria against future
attacks, and both the Syrians and Soviets were alarmed by
the warning. Syria appealed to Nasser for backing, and in
mid-May the Egyptian army moved 100,000 troops and 1000
tanks into the Sinai Peninsula on Israel’s southern
border. The
United Nations
(UN) had earlier stationed forces in the area as
observers, but on May 17, Nasser called for the removal of
UN personnel from several locations. Within days, all of
the observers were removed. On May 22 Nasser announced the
closure of the
Strait of Tiran,
a vital shipping corridor for Israel with links to the
Red Sea
and major sources of petroleum. A similar closure of the
strait had been a major cause of the Suez Crisis in 1956;
Israel had made clear since then that it would regard
another closure as an act of war. Israel was further
alarmed when Egypt and Jordan signed a treaty placing the
two armies under a joint command. Despite a flurry of
diplomatic effort, war seemed inevitable.
It was no different than what we are
seeing now on our Southern Border except that Artillery
shells are not being lobbed and illegal aliens are not
using car bombs to kill Americans, just cars, guns, and
knives.
Sadly, Carter has a vested interest
in making himself right regarding this issue due to his
Peace Prize and the Sadat-Begin Accord.
Sadly, just as his presidency, he is
still not credible. Even siding with his words harms our
credibility.
The Professors you write of, well
they are obviously ignoring the facts of the growing power
of the Arab League at that time, and the fayedeen and the
shelling from the Golan.
As for the ADL, well that article is
an old Michael Marcavidge Article that included me at one
tiem until I e-mailed the ADL and charged him with
violating one of the Seven Laws of Noah regarding bearing
false witness.
Statements about me were retracted
and my differences remained political not racial by any
means.
Carter and these professors just like
the Arabs have found a vested interest in keeping this
cause alive and not facing the facts of how the Arab
contributed to this situation, which goes back to Colonial
Britton changing the name of the land to Palestine (based
on Philistia) to try and renege on the Balfour
Declaration, which was the payment to the Jew who invented
the non mercuric primer for the British government bounty
during WWI to keep the troops supplied.
He was asked to name his price as a
reward, he said Israel.
If the ADL had any idea how much in
heart and spirit John B. Kotmair, Jr. has supported
discussions and seminars supporting the existence of
Israel as a valid Nation with a History of Righteousness
and justification, the foundation of Our Nation, they
would feel so ashamed after they overcame their shock.
UIn fact it was because of Mr.
Kotmair that I had the opportunity to meet the only
American involved in the taking of Jerusalem in 1967.
We would have to fogive them for
their ignorance, just as they would have to forgive you
for listening to Carter's ignorance.
Land for Peace by the account above
is like giving the gun back to the guy shooting at you for
no cause.
Land for Peace is no different than
Liberty for Security. Asinine.
I hold evidence of our nation having
supplied Israel's enemies, again because I knew Mr.
Kotmair, his associate, and met a man who demilled so mcuh
American Equipment at Kalia Arms in Israel.
Although G-D will insist in the end
being Israel's sole defender in the final Battle, our
nation has no excuse supplying arms to its immediate
adversaries for political or financial gains.
Our Congress had no business giving
the PLO money for a Seseme Street type program that
teaches children to grow up to be suicide bombers.
I used to shudder in shame at my
nations duplicity towards Israel. Now that it has judged
me without actual consideration of my speech, I know
judgment is upon us for our lawless wickeness within and
without.
