The conference will be held at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, just across the Potomac from Washington, DC.

Located in the West End of Historic Alexandria, the Hilton offers a panoramic lakeside setting and a full range of amenities expected from a high-end resort and conference hotel including: full room service, quality on-site lounges & restaurants, fitness center & spa, indoor-outdoor pool, tennis courts, and free airport shuttle to Washington National. 

The guest rooms are all well-adorned and feature Hilton's "Serenity Collection" which includes comfort bedding and mattresses as well as luxury bath amenities. A 44-acre botanical park with walking/jogging trails is immediately adjacent to the hotel property.   

Please choose either a (3)-night OR (4)-night stay
at the Hilton conference center and your choice
of a "Full Room" reservation OR a "Share-a-Room" reservation option (1/2 the cost).

(3)-night stays are for Wed-Fri nights, March 28-30
(checkout Saturday).

(4)-night stays are for Wed-Sat nights, March 28-31
(checkout Sunday)

To share a hotel room at the Hilton stay simply choose the "Share-a-Room" reservation option below.  Assuming you are the guest, please provide your full name and sex in the special comments section of the shopping cart purchase confirmation page.

You will be paired with someone of the same gender for the appropriate number of nights selected. The hotel has guaranteed us all double bed rooms as needed, i.e., (2) beds per room.

  Room Reservation Process Overview

Important Terms & Conditions:

a.  Your payment is processed immediately and is being tendered by the WTP Foundation for Constitutional Education, Inc. which will execute your reservation request directly with the Hilton to fulfill its minimum contract obligations and obtain the conference discount room rates.

b.  Guests residing in the rooms are legally responsible for all incidental room charges (e.g., room service, movies, etc.) and/or any potential damage/loss, etc. Guests will need to provide a credit card upon check-in for such purchases.  All guests will need to provide proper identification to check into their hotel rooms. Unless otherwise arranged for by specific request, all discounted hotel rooms are non-smoking. All "shared" rooms contain two beds.

c.  Although hotel reservations are non-refundable, WTP will make every effort to work with conference attendees to transfer their hotel reservation to other individuals.  This policy will also be in place for GML2007 conference registration packages (details provided later).

d.  Prices quoted below are based on a contracted discount room rate of $159 per night.  Prices below INCLUDE a small allowance to cover all  taxes, fees and bank processing costs.

e.  Your hotel reservation does NOT include GML2007 conference registration fees.

f.  Hotel reservations may be made using any major credit card, check, cash or Money Order.  Note: On-line payments using Discover or
American Express currently require use of the PayPal option.
