ARTICLES OF FREEDOM SERVED ON ELECTED OFFICIALS

Congratulations and a big THANK YOU to all the Great Patriots who participated in the delivery of the Articles of Freedom to elected officials across America on April 19^th.  From the feedback we are receiving, everyone had a very special time.  We are GRATEFUL for your efforts, especially those who stepped up late in the process to make things happen in their state. 

We very much appreciate all who are taking the time to share their stories.  It is clear our efforts were not about numbers.   Those who attended knew why they were there, what they were doing and why.  Dedication to the Constitution, serving the Articles, taking a stand for a return to constitutional governance was our focus. 

Feedback on the ceremonies was especially positive.  For many, speaking publicly about the Constitution, the violations, the oath of office and why we are doing what we are doing, was a powerful experience.  Someone wrote to us and said “even though we were a small group in numbers, we knew when we were reading those words, we were speaking the Truth for millions.”  We couldn’t have said it better. 

Many of you had media attend your event.  CNN was with us in Albany for a lengthy interview with Bob about the Articles; to film the entire ceremony; to interview people who attended; and then to tape the Articles being served on three of six officials.  There is no word yet about how or when the footage will be used.  We also had two other Albany television stations cover the event, whose stories appeared on the evening news and are available for viewing online.  (Channel 9 and 13)  A major clear channel radio station interviewed Bob as well.  Based on feedback received from other states, it appears we are no longer hidden or being ignored.

Many of you had security issues to deal with as capitol police and security posts for governors and state senators – now on high alert from activities in recent weeks – got the word about our nationwide effort.   We see all of this as a positive:  the Articles of Freedom have helped the Freedom movement to cross the bridge into mainstream.  We had good opportunities to explain who we are: decent law-abiding citizens standing for the Constitution and acting peacefully to serve a Solution on our officials.

We are asking all persons in charge for their state to post a re-cap of what took place on April 19^th on AOF website – “plan page,” in your state area.  We are also asking all to upload their video coverage to Youtube and to post the link(s) in the state area as well.  If you do not know how to do this, please email honoramerica@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist!

What’s With the PLEDGE Counter?

Every day, we hear of the Articles being discussed at big events, or sent out to some large membership organization, or talked about on a radio show with a big audience.   Everyone heads to take the pledge, yet we seem to be crawling upwards.  What gives?  It is a mystery.  As of April 23, there were more than 20 million impressions on search engines for “April 19-Articles of Freedom,” so we know the people are out there – lots of them – discussing it, writing about it, reading it.  We are investigating what might be taking place and looking for solutions.  Stay tuned.
 

UPDATES:  

NCEL Lawsuit: No Voting Machines
No word from Judge Kahn yet on the Confidentiality appeal. We think this could be a good sign. The burden on the Judge is heavy indeed. Imaging the national effects of a federal judge ruling there can be no private trade secrets or intellectual property in the context of recording and counting votes in public elections. 

TARP & AIG BAILOUTS:
We are planning to file a petition for a rehearing, en banc. The case will go to SCOTUS. The issue is whether Courts must hear constitutional challenges given the First Amendment’s guarantee of access to the courts (lawsuits are Petitions for Redress).  Courts are routinely dismissing such cases for “lack of standing,” a judicial doctrine. We are seeking amicus curiae briefs.
 

ON THE DOCKET:
Serving the Articles in D.C.

Pending a workable date, we plan to give the Articles of Freedom ceremony in Washington D.C. (this was not done on the 19^th due to the Second Amendment March and our inability to be in two places at once!) and then serve the Articles on federal officials, including the President, all the (remaining) Congressman, and the Courts.
 

REASONS TO DONATE: 

Pocket Size – Articles of Freedom
We received an estimate from Dickenson Press in Michigan – the same publishing company that prints the CATO Institute pocket version of the Constitution.   We need $5,000 to print the first 10,000 copies. Please donate to help us put the order in as soon as possible. 

Attorney and Witness Fees
Both the NCEL case and the IRS Revocation case will have witness and attorney-related costs.   Anything you can give to assist us to meet the associated costs will be gratefully appreciated. 

CC2009 Debts
The incoming donations have surely helped to bring the total amount owed down, but there is still 60K to be paid.  Thank you for your assistance.                                                       

On the Road
If you can provide us with hotel rooms and can cover the cost of gasoline and/or flights, we would love to visit with you and the People where you live.  Bob’s talks about the Constitution and Articles of Freedom are always well-received.  We have given the Freedom Ceremony and Scroll Signing in eight states and hope to do this in 42 more... Now we have the Articles of Freedom Dedication Ceremony as well.  Our goal is to help you build a network of Freedom Keepers in your area, who will one day establish the citizen vigilance centers to hold elected officials accountable. 

YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS GIVEN TO YOU BY THE CREATOR BY VIRTUE OF THE FACT THAT YOU WERE BORN.   TAKE LIBERTY INTO YOUR OWN HANDS.  SERVE THE ARTICLES OF FREEDOM ON THE FEDERAL REPRESENTATIVE IN YOUR LOCAL AREA OR OTHER OFFICIALS YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS IMPORTANT DOCUMENT.
