Subject: The State of
America -- Is
LIBERTY Still Worth
Pursuing?
Greetings in peace and liberty to my friends, family,
representatives, and acquaintances!
(I apologize in advance for potential duplicates.)
As many of you know, I have been pondering over the ideals
of individual liberty and the state of
America for quite
some time now in my life.
As many of you also know, I have various spiritual beliefs
which have also caused me to question whether or not the
state of
America really
matters at all during this mere physical existence, and
whether or not and to what extent I should continue to spend
my energies on this.
I
have questioned whether or not I have been largely wasting
my time over the past decade or so in my effort to learn
more about the principles of liberty, on which this country
'America' is supposedly built. My current conclusion and
short answer is NO! 8-)
As I continue to dig further into the principles of liberty
and reach new levels of understanding, I continue to find
little to no separation between the concepts of liberty in
the secular foundations of
America, and those
in the spiritual foundations of my faith.
As my current understanding allows and as I see it, the
bottom line is that
LIBERTY comes only from one
source -- the Creator -- whomever or whatever one
individually believes that to mean.
Regardless of whether one thinks of the Creator as an all
powerful benevolent supernatural being, an old man with a
white beard sitting in the distant heavens somewhere, or
natural microorganisms on the backs of crystals which landed
on this planet countless ions ago from some distant galaxy
in the universe...
The point is
that one's unalienable individual liberties are NOT derived
by any human or group of humans... PERIOD! Anyone who
believes otherwise is merely playing the fool... and even if
this statement is somehow wrong, how can anyone prove
otherwise? 8-)
Therefore, regardless of personal opinions on such matters,
I fully believe that
LIBERTY is an extremely important
ideal -- important enough for each and every one of us to
wake up and consider clear and concise evidence regarding
the state of liberty in our country, not merely for our own
sake, but for the sake of our children.
I
don't have children and I barely have any blood family left,
and unfortunately I've never been very close to any of them
on either side of my parents. However, I am blessed with an
abundance of friends which I truly consider to be my family,
and by extension, their children are also my children.
Therefore, I care about what kind of life they might have
in their future.
Perhaps some of you might recall who have known me for some
time now, that years back I stated there were already
certain actions underway which for me would be a litmus test
as to where we are as a nation on the 'tyranny meter'.
These actions had to do with using the legal recourse
designed into our national system of law, allowing We the
People (allegedly "free" people) to hold our own
self-appointed government accountable for any actions
against this liberty, which is only derived from our
Creator.
We now have the results of this litmus test... and it
doesn't look good at all. My question to all my friends,
family, and acquaintances at this point is, "DO YOU WANT TO
KNOW THE RESULTS?" Do you elect to swallow the BLUE or Red
pill -- do you want the truth or the lie? In hopes that not
everyone wishes to continue to be in the complete dark about
the state of
America, I write
this letter.
Let me make one thing very clear: this has absolutely
nothing to do with "partisan politics" -- this has
everything to do with the
LIBERTY which is derived
from our Creator.
One question which
has been at the forefront of my mind for some time now
is this: What is "America"
and how do We the People know we are still living under
an "American government"?
Our elected and
appointed governing authorities all take oaths of office
to protect and defend the US Constitution (and
therefore our unalienable liberties) from enemies
foreign and domestic.
However, what if a
situation arises where, by and large, they fail to
uphold this oath, either consciously through the lust
for power and control over others, or unconsciously
through wide scale deception? Is there no provision in
our legal system to guard against such oppression? Is
there no legal and peaceful recourse to tyranny?
However, most
Americans haven't the slightest clue about this
"accountability clause" designed into the First
Amendment of the Bill of Rights, whose origins date back
at least as far as the Magna Carta, and from which the
commonly known unalienable rights such as Freedom of
Religion, Speech, Press, and Assembly are all derived!
Therefore, I
hereby challenge each and every one of my friends,
family, and fellow Americans to discover such matters of
truth, via historical evidence presented in a recent
Continental Congress 2009 promotional tour, given by Bob
Schulz of We the People.
Knowing that we
all live very busy lives, I spent a considerable amount
of time over the past week meticulously editing this 2
hour presentation down to about 80 minutes in order to
make it as concise as possible. I have managed to
create a low resolution (16kbps) mp3 file for expedient
uploading to a free Google site I created for the
purpose of mass distribution. It's not the greatest
quality, but it suffices.
For the sake of
your own personal knowledge about this matter, and for
the sake of your children's future, please take
80 minutes out of your schedule at some point in the
near future to listen to this. I wish every American
would hear this -- it should be presented in
every history class at the Junior/Senior high school
level and thoroughly discussed. The matter should be
presented as a course of study in every law school
across the country.
It should be...
but it won't, which is why it is up to We the People to
share this important information with everyone we can.
THIS LINK will take you to the file page. Simply
click on the
file, "CC2009_Asheville_1.29.09.16"
and your browser will begin streaming the mp3 file right
on your computer. Or you can right click to download it
to your computer's hard disk and load it to your iPod or
similar mp3 player.
For those who prefer to view the full length video, the
following (3) Google Video links are for the full, 3-hour
version of the San Francisco CC 2009 presentation given by
Bob Schulz earlier in the tour. Each segment is
approximately 45 minutes to an hour in length:
As long as we have
breath,
LIBERTY is always worth
pursuing!
